Making an Impact with Engineering

While competing in the Hardware track during the 2019 New Venture Challenge our Senior Design Capstone class took home the gold (cash prize) in the Social Impact Prize pitch competition. Our innovative solution Bio-Cube offers a novel up-cycling solution to address the ocean plastic pollution problem and empower local communities to turn ubiquitous plastic waste into functional products.
